An insight into social media marketing for restaurants, with a focus on Instagram influencer marketing and how it can be used to attract and retain customers, to nurture meaningful customer engagement and enhance social media presence.
Alexandra is a Culinary Arts Management graduate, and holds a Master''s degree in Food Business Management. She works as a Lecturer in Hospitality and Tourism Management at University of East London - Institute for Hospitality and Tourism and is the Course Leader for the BA (Hons) Hospitality Management programme. Alexandra is teaching modules related to Experience Marketing; Food, Society and Culture; as well as Leadership and Workforce Management. Her academic research interests are centred around social media marketing and green corporate reputation within the hospitality industry. Her freelance experience also include: digital content creation and working with restaurants and food and beverage brands in promoting their products and services. In 2019 Alexandra was shortlisted for the ''Food Influencer of the Year'' Award.
