Jenny received an MBE for her services to Environmental Health, she was seconded to LOCOG the London Olympics Committee, is former Head of Policy at the CIEH. At the Olympics she managed the team of Environmental Health Officers as well as setting the hygiene and safety standards. Jenny is also a former outdoor caterer and currently acts as an advisor to the board of NCASS
